I am sure everyone would love to create this Harmony between breath & mind within themselves.
Every individual irrelevant of what age they may be, have experienced the disharmony between Mind & breath. Mind is disturbed so does the breath gets disturbed. I myself have experienced this, you get angry your breath goes faster. You face a fearful situation your breath and mental clarity goes haywire.
But I am lucky, I have got into this Science Life & Breath & created magic in my life.
The Meditation Affirmations are absolutely awesome. Meditation is the best technique to create a connection between mind & body. Meditate & feel the magic, it helps to have breath & mental clarity.
A Calm mind body connection meditation will definitely lead to harmonious breathing. When disturbed just check your breath. Absolutely erratic.
It goes both ways, when angry or fearful you will see your breath goes faster.
At that moment be aware & just concentrate on your Breath, feel the inhalation/ exhalation of your Breath through your nostrils & see how your mind calms down.

Initially we can chant Om or any mantra that we are comfortable with but later we have to learn the Powerful Meditation Affirmations.
These meditation create magic in your body. Feel the words of the Affirmations, let them enter into your Sub Conscious mind & into each & every cell of your body. You have to feel the magic created in your body. Everything is about Feeling.
