The Life and Breath

Non-Residential Camp 16

2-Day Life and Breath Non-Residential Camp @ Nagpur – 15 & 16 November

On 15th and 16th November, Nagpur hosted a vibrant 2-day non-residential Life and Breath (LaB) camp, Under the guidance of Pravin Manker — a refreshing blend of breathwork, simple science, and deep inner connection. The camp welcomed a brand-new group of participants, many of whom were discovering this wisdom for the very first time.

The first day began as everyone gathered by 8:30 AM, followed by a hearty breakfast that set the tone for the day.
At 9:00 AM sharp, the camp was formally inaugurated, and the session opened with an introduction to the Life and Breath philosophy. Participants were taken through foundational theory, followed by a practical glimpse into the exercises before breaking for lunch at 1 PM.
Post-lunch, the group returned for a short theory session, followed by guided practices that deepened their understanding.
After a refreshing 4 PM tea break, the learning continued with more techniques and experiential breathwork until 6 PM, leaving everyone calm, centered, and eager for Day 2.

The next morning brought a beautiful sense of discipline as participants arrived early for a dedicated practice session at 8 AM. The camp continued with immersive sessions through the day and concluded around 5:30 PM, with relaxed faces and renewed energy all around.

By the end of the camp, participants expressed surprise and joy — many shared that they had no idea something so powerful and simple even existed. What began as curiosity turned into a weekend of transformation, awareness, and heartfelt connection.

The Nagpur LaB Camp wasn’t just a workshop — it was a gentle doorway into a healthier, more mindful way of living. And for many, it marked the beginning of a lifelong journey with breath.

Testimonials

We are happy to join the Life and Breath programme. We have specially learned about pranayam and meditation and even followed the practices this morning. Thanks to Shri Mankar and the Life and Breath camp team. Two days felt too short for such a program, and we are interested in joining the camp again in the future.

Nagpur Camp of Life and Breath
Lots of thanks to Pratibimb the organisers of a two days module on Life &Breath at Nagpur on 15-16Nov2025. It was a very well planned and conducted programme combining two important aspects of human life. My wife joins me in extending our happiness on the successful conduct of the 2-days sessions covering most important topics coupled with lively examples n explanations. The demos on pranayam and exercises on breathing techniques coupled with hands on practice by participants in a very meticulous and honest way by the sole speaker demonstrated his commitment to the purpose of the programme. Hats off to Mr. Pravin Mankar for his excellent performance which maintained the interest of participants throughout. Also my special thanks to the programme co-ordinators for their timely support prior to and during the event. It’s an important task for all of us to follow the teachings in our day to day life for our own good and spread the importance of this programme among maximum colleagues/ friends etc and generate interest in them to derive the benefit from such a programme. Once again my thanks to Pratibimb!
