Life & Breath Residential / Non-Residential Camp 18
3-Day Life and Breath Residential/ Non- Residential Camp @ Bangalore – 29th – 31st May 2026
From 29th to 31st May, Bengaluru hosted a rejuvenating 3-day Life and Breath (LaB) Camp under the guidance of Pravin Manker. Bringing together participants from diverse backgrounds, the camp offered a unique blend of breathwork, meditation, self-discovery, and practical wisdom for everyday living.
The camp commenced on the first day at 10:00 AM with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by an introduction to the Life and Breath program and the charitable initiatives of Pratibimb. Participants were then introduced to powerful breathing techniques and pranayama practices designed to enhance physical and mental well-being. After a refreshing tea break, the learning continued with additional exercises before everyone gathered for lunch. The afternoon sessions focused on meditation, understanding the nature of the mind, and exploring its profound impact on daily life. Following an evening tea break, the day concluded at 6:00 PM with participants feeling energized and inspired.
Day two began with an early morning practice session at 7:30 AM, allowing participants to deepen their connection with the techniques learned on the previous day. The schedule continued with immersive sessions on breathwork, meditation, and self-awareness. One of the highlights of the day was an engaging and interactive Q&A session attended by participants along with their family members and friends. The discussions were insightful, lively, and thoroughly enjoyed by all, making it a memorable part of the camp experience.
The final day once again started with the morning practice session at 7:30 AM. As participants settled deeper into the practices, the sessions flowed seamlessly through the day, reinforcing the concepts and techniques taught throughout the camp. The program concluded at 5:30 PM, bringing three enriching days of learning, reflection, and transformation to a close.
By the end of the camp, participants expressed gratitude for the practical tools, clarity, and inner calm they had gained. What began as a weekend learning experience evolved into a meaningful journey of self-awareness, healthier breathing habits, and deeper understanding.
The Bengaluru Life and Breath Camp was more than just a course—it was an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and discover the transformative power of breath, meditation, and conscious living.
