Breathe in and out slowly, as you  breathe out, relax your whole body, feel all your aches, pains, negativity moving  out of your system. You have to form a rhythmic pattern as you inhale and  exhale. Then we take our attention to our thoughts. We have to calm our mind  too through meditation.
