Breathe in and out slowly, as you breathe out, relax your whole body, feel all your aches, pains, negativity moving out of your system. You have to form a rhythmic pattern as you inhale and exhale. Then we take our attention to our thoughts. We have to calm our mind too through meditation. Let the thoughts come, let the thoughts go. Don’t interact, just watch your thoughts and then chant peace peace peace. And now you are ready to start your meditation.
