The Life and Breath course is crafted to fit into your life, offering flexible formats including online, offline, and residential learning. As a breathing techniques course in India, it allows you to begin your journey with ease, whether through a peaceful retreat, a physical class, or an online meditation workshop India. You may choose the format that suits you best, including a self-paced meditation course for added convenience.

This foundational program also serves as a guided breath meditation course, stress management meditation course, and a personal transformation course India, supporting deep inner work at your own rhythm. It lays the groundwork for deeper healing through our healing breathwork course, and for those wishing to take the next step, it also opens pathways toward our structured breathwork certification course India.

To enrol in the advanced LiMBS (Life is Mind Body Spirit) Course, participants must complete a total of 30 hours of foundational training.

Basic Course (Online)

Basic course (online) is open to all above 18 respective of religion and gender. It is available as follows –

Flagship course 

20 sessions | 1.5 hours each | Once a week | 30 hours total

A comprehensive breathwork course in India focused on breath techniques, guided meditations, and life laws.

Complete Module 1 (BREATHE) + Module 2 (PEACE)

Module 1 – BREATHE

9 sessions | 1.5 hours each | 13.5 hours total

Focused breathwork to restore physical energy, calm the mind, and initiate emotional wellness.

Module 2 – PEACE

11 sessions | 1.5 hours each | 16.5 hours total

Deeper exploration of breath and awareness, focusing on mental clarity and inner peace.

Combined total: 30 hours, fulfilling the minimum requirement for advanced-level Courses.
