Residential Cum Non Residential Camp 15
2-Day Life and Breath Residential Cum Non Residential Camp @ Chennai – 12th – 14th December 2025
From 12th to 14th December 2025, a deeply enriching Life and Breath (LaB) residential and non-residential camp was conducted in Chennai, bringing together seekers committed to understanding the transformative power of breath, awareness, and mindful living.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from both residential and non-residential attendees, creating a vibrant learning atmosphere rooted in discipline, curiosity, and shared intention. The days unfolded with structured sessions that blended ancient breathing techniques, guided meditation, and experiential practices by Mr. Pravin Manker, our course coordinator, helping participants reconnect with their inner balance and vitality.
Each day began with energising morning practice sessions, allowing participants to directly experience the impact of regular breath and awareness practices on the body and mind. These sessions cultivated clarity, calmness, and a renewed sense of vitality that many participants deeply resonated with.
The teaching sessions were interactive and insightful, encouraging reflection and open dialogue. Concepts were explained with clarity, connecting scientific understanding with lived experience, making the learning both practical and profound.
A highlight of the camp was the collective spirit that emerged—participants practicing together, supporting one another, and moving through the journey with sincerity and openness. Adding warmth to the evenings, participants also got involved in displaying their singing talent, creating moments of joy, connection, and shared celebration. The traditional lamp-lighting ceremony marked the beginning of a meaningful inward journey, setting the tone for learning grounded in awareness and respect.
The camp concluded with a sense of gratitude, fulfilment, and renewed commitment to daily practice. What began as a three-day program evolved into a shared experience of growth, discipline, and inner transformation.
The Life and Breath Camp in Chennai stood as a reminder that when breath becomes conscious, life naturally finds rhythm, balance, and purpose—one breath at a time.
