FDC Corporate Camp 04

On 20th and 21st June 2026, Mr. Pravin Manker conducted the Life and Breath – Corporate Module for 76 participants from FDC Ltd., under the aegis of Pratibimb Charitable Trust. The two-day corporate wellness program brought together professionals from across the organization, creating a meaningful experience of self-awareness, holistic well-being, and personal growth.

One Program, Many Departments, One Purpose

The camp was attended by several senior leaders, including Chief Financial Officer Mr. Vishal Shah, Company Secretary Ms. Varsharani Katre, and Head – R&D Formulations Mr. Avinash Velhal. Participants also represented a wide range of departments including Purchase, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Development, Costing, R&D Formulations, R&D Biotech, Analytical Research Laboratories, Human Resources, and Marketing.

Through a carefully curated blend of scientific breathing techniques, guided meditation, and practical Laws of Life, participants explored simple yet powerful tools to manage stress, improve focus, enhance emotional well-being, and build resilience in today’s demanding corporate environment.
