The Life and Breath

Jaipur Camp

From 7th to 9th March, a powerful 3-day Life and Breath residential / non residential camp was held at the serene Jaipur Bagh. The camp was initiated by Ms Sudha Saboo, passionate student of the Life and Breath (LaB) course and faculty trainee teacher, with the intent of sharing this transformative wisdom with a wider audience.

The first two days focused on teaching ancient yet highly effective breathing techniques along with guided meditation practices that opened participants to the true power of the mind and the magic of mindfulness. Each session was filled with curiosity, reflection, and lively interaction.

Pravin Manker Sir led the camp with unwavering energy and deep knowledge, ensuring that every question was addressed with scientific reasoning and spiritual depth. His presence inspired many to deepen their commitment by enrolling in the flagship Life and Breath (LaB) online course.

Days 2 and 3 began with refreshing 7 AM morning practice sessions, allowing participants to embody the teachings through real-time breath and meditation routines. These early sessions fostered discipline, clarity, and inner calm.

On the final day, Manker Sir delved into ‘The Laws of Living’—simple yet profound principles that left a lasting impression on everyone. What started as a workshop ended as a journey of awakening and joy. Smiles, serenity, and heartfelt gratitude marked the closing moments.

A special thanks to the dedicated Pratibimb volunteers whose tireless efforts ensured that every participant received individual care and guidance throughout the camp.

The Life and Breath (LaB) Camp in Jaipur was more than just a workshop—it was a transformative experience of learning, connection, and self-discovery. The journey continues, one breath at a time.
