Life & Breath Residential Camp 19
3-Day Life and Breath Residential Camp @ Mumbai – 23rd to 26th July 2026
The 4-day Life and Breath Residential Camp 19, held from 23rd to 26th July 2026 at Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Keshav Srushti, Uttan, Mumbai, offered participants an immersive journey of breathwork, meditation, self-discovery, and holistic well-being under the guidance of Mr. Pravin Manker. Designed as a complete residential experience, the camp combined scientific breathing techniques, guided meditation, practical Laws of Life, and meaningful community living, allowing participants to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.
The camp commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a warm welcome from Ms. Tripti Nakhare, who introduced the trustees, volunteers, faculty members, and explained the significance of the opening prayer before inviting Mr. Pravin Manker to introduce the Life and Breath philosophy. The first day laid a strong foundation through theoretical discussions and practical breathing exercises, interspersed with regular tea breaks, wholesome meals, and opportunities for participants to reflect and interact. The day’s learning concluded at 6 PM, after which everyone gathered over dinner for an evening of music, singing, laughter, and informal conversations that helped transform a group of strangers into a close-knit community.
Each morning began at 7:00 AM with guided practice sessions led by the faculty, reinforcing the breathing techniques learned the previous day before the main sessions resumed at 9:00 AM. As the camp progressed, participants explored deeper meditation practices, advanced breathing exercises, and a greater understanding of the mind and its role in overall well-being. Open discussion sessions in the evenings encouraged participants to share their personal experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another, while cultural activities after dinner brought warmth, joy, and lasting friendships to the residential experience.
By the final day, the atmosphere had evolved into one of genuine belonging, with participants describing the camp as a family rather than a classroom. During the concluding sharing session, many spoke about experiencing greater mental clarity, emotional balance, inner peace, and a renewed outlook towards life. What began as a four-day residential program concluded as a deeply transformative experience, inspiring participants to continue their Life and Breath journey with confidence, gratitude, and a deeper connection to themselves and those around them.
