Non-Residential Camp 17
2-Day Life and Breath Non-Residential Camp @ Mumbai – 31st January – 1st February 2026
The 2-day Life and Breath camp unfolded as a deeply engaging and rejuvenating experience, guided by mentor Pravin Manker, who has designed the program to help participants improve breathing, strengthen lung capacity and improve overall health and wellbeing adapting better to today’s environment with rising air-quality concerns.
Participants gathered with curiosity and openness, many seeking relief from long-standing health challenges such as arthritis, skin ailments, thyroid imbalance, insomnia, and stress-related conditions. From the very beginning, the camp created a safe and focused space to explore how conscious breathing can influence physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Day 1 began at 9:00 AM with an immersive session that blended foundational theory with practical breathing techniques. Regular tea breaks and a shared lunch allowed participants to rest, reflect, and connect with one another, while maintaining the rhythm of learning. The sessions continued through the afternoon, offering guided practices that helped participants directly experience the impact of breath on the body and mind.
Day 2 started early with a dedicated morning practice session, setting a disciplined and energising tone for the day. The main sessions resumed from 9:00 AM onwards, deepening the practices introduced earlier and reinforcing the principles of mindful breathing and awareness. With structured breaks similar to Day 1, the day flowed smoothly, balancing intensity with rest.
As the camp progressed, participants reported feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to their inner state. Many expressed surprise at how simple yet powerful the techniques were, and how quickly they could sense changes in their breathing patterns, energy levels, and mental clarity.
The camp concluded with a shared sense of gratitude and fulfilment. What began as a two-day learning program evolved into a meaningful step toward healthier living and self-awareness. For many attendees, this Life and Breath camp marked not just an event, but the beginning of a conscious, breath-led journey toward long-term well-being.
