Non-Residential Camp 16
2-Day Life and Breath Non-Residential Camp @ Nagpur – 15 & 16 November
On 15th and 16th November, Nagpur hosted a vibrant 2-day non-residential Life and Breath (LaB) camp, Under the guidance of Pravin Manker — a refreshing blend of breathwork, simple science, and deep inner connection. The camp welcomed a brand-new group of participants, many of whom were discovering this wisdom for the very first time.
The first day began as everyone gathered by 8:30 AM, followed by a hearty breakfast that set the tone for the day.
At 9:00 AM sharp, the camp was formally inaugurated, and the session opened with an introduction to the Life and Breath philosophy. Participants were taken through foundational theory, followed by a practical glimpse into the exercises before breaking for lunch at 1 PM.
Post-lunch, the group returned for a short theory session, followed by guided practices that deepened their understanding.
After a refreshing 4 PM tea break, the learning continued with more techniques and experiential breathwork until 6 PM, leaving everyone calm, centered, and eager for Day 2.
The next morning brought a beautiful sense of discipline as participants arrived early for a dedicated practice session at 8 AM. The camp continued with immersive sessions through the day and concluded around 5:30 PM, with relaxed faces and renewed energy all around.
By the end of the camp, participants expressed surprise and joy — many shared that they had no idea something so powerful and simple even existed. What began as curiosity turned into a weekend of transformation, awareness, and heartfelt connection.
The Nagpur LaB Camp wasn’t just a workshop — it was a gentle doorway into a healthier, more mindful way of living. And for many, it marked the beginning of a lifelong journey with breath.
