Terms and conditions

Organization: Pratibimb Charitable Trust (“we,” “us,” “our”)

Applicable To: All services, including but not limited to workshops, courses, one-on-one sessions, corporate programs, and online journeys (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering for, or participating in any of our Services, you (“Participant,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by the following legally binding terms and conditions.

  1. Scope and Nature of Services
  • 1.1. Educational Purpose: Our Services, including but not limited to Breathing Exercises, meditation, and all other techniques, are designed for educational and spiritual exploration purposes. They are intended to guide you in practices that may support personal growth, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
  • 1.2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care: Pratibimb Charitable Trust and The Life and Breath program and all its facilitators are not medical doctors, psychiatrists, licensed therapists or any other related personnel. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice. You should not discontinue any prescribed medication or therapy without consulting your healthcare provider.
  • 1.3. No Guaranteed Outcomes: While the practices we teach have been associated with positive benefits for many, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific personal, physical, or psychological results. Your experience is individual and depends on many factors, including your personal commitment and application of the techniques.
  1. Participant Health and Responsibility
  • 2.1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that deep breathing exercises, breathwork, and meditation can be physically and emotionally intensive. These practices can bring about strong physical sensations and emotional release. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with your participation.
  • 2.2. Health Declaration: By participating, you confirm that you are in good mental and physical health. It is your sole responsibility to consult with a qualified physician or medical professional before beginning any of our Services.
  • 2.3. Duty to Inform & Contraindications: You must inform us in writing at  pratibimb7@gmail.com  prior to your session if you have any of the following conditions:
    • Cardiovascular issues (including prior heart attack or stroke)
    • High or abnormal blood pressure
    • Epilepsy or history of seizures
    • Glaucoma or detached retina
    • Severe mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)
    • Aneurysms
    • Pregnancy
    • Recent major surgery or injury

           Failure to disclose such conditions releases Pratibimb Charitable Trust  from any and all liability.

  1. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
  • 3.1. Payment: Full payment is required upon registration to secure your place in any workshop, course, or session.
  • 3.2. Participant Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to pratibimb7@gmail.com.
    • For cancellations made before the commencement of the course : 100% amount will be refunded.
    • After the commencement date: 50% will be refunded.
  • 3.3. Cancellation by Pratibimb Charitable Trust: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a new date. We are not liable for any travel or other expenses incurred.
  1. Image Usage Policy
  • All images featured on this website are the sole property of Pratibimb Charitable Trust. These images are protected by applicable copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from the Trust. Unauthorized use of any visual content may result in legal action.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • 5.1. Respect and Safety: You agree to maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all participants and facilitators. Disruptive, threatening, or harassing behaviour will result in immediate removal from the Service without a refund.
  • 5.2. Confidentiality: Our Services often involve personal disclosure. You agree to hold anything shared by other participants in the strictest confidence. Recording (audio, video, or photo) of any session is strictly forbidden without our express written permission.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • 6.1. Ownership: All materials, techniques, guided processes, audio recordings, and documents provided during the Services are the intellectual property of Pratibimb Charitable Trust . They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • 6.2. Personal Use Only: These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, teach, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our prior written consent.
  1. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
  • 7.1. Waiver of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Services, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Pratibimb Charitable Trust , its facilitators, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, whether caused by our negligence or otherwise.
  • 7.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pratibimb Charitable Trust from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and legal fees, they may incur due to your participation in the Services.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • 8.1. Governing Law: This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • 8.2. Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
  1. Acknowledgement
    By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are over 18 years of age.
  • You have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • You are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being.
